This policy took effect January 1, 2002. It pays an annual bonus for years
of service to the County. When you have completed 5 years of continual full time
service, you will receive a $150 bonus in November of that year. For 11-15 years
you will received $225.00. For 16 years and up you will received $300.00. For further
